Comant’s
Engineering CAD
department has brought totally new designs, from start to finish,
in record time. Innovation can go from concept to design, and from
tooling to TSO’d and PMA’d products in a fast and efficient
manner using technologically advanced systems such as Comant’s
CAD programs.
Comant’s CAD system allows total integration of all components
and subassemblies into a new antenna design. The design is right the

Comant’s
Engineering Department
uses many other modern tools to assist in new product development.
Circuit boards and low noise amplifiers can be computer modeled, before
prototyping and production to see how a new concept will perform.
Specialized circuit board design software allows engineers to develop
and test various configurations and components. Amplifier gain, input
and output return loss, plus gain and filter roll off are accurately
calculated and determined, optimizing designs prior to building a
new product. New circuit boards and amplifiers achieve strong proof
of concept before actual boards are made. Once again, this speeds
up the development process and provides the best design for your special
avionics requirements. |

different antenna models, and ships over 65,000 antennas per year.
Here, Marker Beacon Antennas have passed a rigorous visual and performance
inspection. Only after all inspections are complete, will they be
released for shipment to our customers and distributors. |
