Custom
Designs and Special Orders
Comant continually works with various customers in
the development of Custom Engineered products. These products are
subject to their own Terms, Delivery, and Warranty. Comant will
address each of these issues when developing new products for these
customers.
Most products shown in this catalog are displayed in standard configurations
and fall within normal minimum order and delivery requirements.
However, there are minor variations to products, such as connector
change or leading edge protection, that are available with special
lead times and pricing. Contact Comant for additional information.

How
to Order
The Comant Sales Order Desk is available 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Pacific
Time) Monday through Friday.
Comant will accept purchase orders via fax or email from qualified
OEMs and Comant Distributors. FBOs and Avionics Shops
may find a list of Comant Distributors on our web site.

Warranty
Cataloged products carry a standard 3 Year Warranty
from the date of manufacture. Every Comant product contains a Manufacture
Date Code and/or Serial Number that provides production tracing information.
This Warranty is void if the product has been altered, abused and/or
improperly installed. Warranties cannot be processed without prior
approval from Comants Customer Service Department, which will
issue an RMA for the claim. Warranty claims are at the sole discretion
of the Comant Customer Service Department. Custom designs may carry
their own warranty, or may be subject to other limitations. |

Customer
Service
Contact the Comant Customer Service Department to obtain prior approval
and RMA (Return Materials Authorization) before sending a product
to Comant. Do Not under any circumstances return a product to Comant
without prior approval.
Cancelled orders will incur a termination charge. Comant approved
returns will incur a restocking fee. |
